Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within our staffing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in recruitment operations, employee engagement, compliance, and HR strategy aligned with staffing business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring (recruiters, sales, support teams)
Develop hiring strategies aligned with business growth targets
Partner with delivery heads to forecast hiring needs
Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) for staffing positions
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit processes
Maintain employee records and HRMS systems
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Conduct regular feedback and satisfaction surveys
3. Performance Management
Design and implement appraisal frameworks
Monitor employee KPIs and productivity metrics
Work closely with leadership on performance improvement plans (PIPs)
4. Compensation & Benefits
Manage salary benchmarking specific to staffing industry
Handle payroll coordination, incentives, and bonus structures
Design and manage incentive plans for recruiters and sales teams
5. Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
Manage vendor contracts and statutory documentation
Handle audits and maintain HR policies aligned with regulations
6. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues
Promote a positive and high-performance work culture
Act as a bridge between management and employees
7. HR Strategy & Leadership
Align HR initiatives with business goals (revenue-driven staffing model)
Build scalable HR processes for growing teams
Support leadership in organizational development.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of staffing/recruitment lifecycle
Expertise in HR operations and compliance
Experience with HRMS tools and ATS systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Data-driven decision-making approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field
Experience in IT/ Non-IT staffing companies
Exposure to bulk hiring and vendor management
