Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Backend AEM Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of enterprise-level web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend technologies and a deep understanding of AEM architecture, components, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain AEM-based web applications and backend components.
Implement custom AEM components using Sling, OSGi, and JCR.
Integrate AEM with external systems using RESTful services and APIs.
Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher for caching and load balancing.
Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
Maintain documentation for code, configurations, and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE.
Hands-on experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
Proficiency in AEM Dispatcher configurations and caching strategies.
Experience in building and consuming RESTful web services.
Solid understanding of AEM architecture, workflows, and templates.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
