We are seeking an experienced Hybris Support Engineer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in supporting and maintaining SAP Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in application support, issue resolution, and performance monitoring within high-availability enterprise environments.
Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce applications.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
Handle incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA).
Support deployments, patches, and minor enhancements.
Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to ensure system stability.
Perform log analysis, system monitoring, and error resolution.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes.
