Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Hybris Support Engineer with strong expertise in SAP Commerce (Hybris) application support. The role involves L2/L3 production support, incident management, performance optimization, and collaboration with development teams to ensure high availability of eCommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud applications
- Handle production issues, incident management, RCA, and bug fixes
- Monitor system performance, logs, and application health
- Support deployments, releases, and environment management
- Work with Java, Spring, and Hybris extensions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Maintain technical documentation and SOPs
