Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead React Native Developer to design, develop, and lead high-performance mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with strong team leadership, CI/CD, and cloud exposure.

This role demands both hands-on technical excellence and the ability to mentor and lead development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of React Native mobile applications (iOS & Android)

• Architect scalable, high-performance mobile solutions

• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code using JavaScript & TypeScript

• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers

• Define coding standards, best practices, and technical guidelines

• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications

• Collaborate with backend, DevOps, product, and UX teams

• Integrate REST APIs and third-party libraries

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability

• Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software development experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in React Native development

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

• Experience building and deploying iOS & Android applications

• Strong team leadership and mentoring experience

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Jenkins, etc.)

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, Context API)

• Strong understanding of mobile app performance optimization

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication, and security practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Expo or native module development

• Knowledge of mobile testing frameworks

• Experience with App Store & Play Store deployment processes

• Exposure to DevOps & cloud-native architectures
